Additional Description:

Crystal River is located in an area of western Florida known as "The Nature Coast". It is a small community famous for Manatees, fishing and year-around golf. The Tampa area is approximately 80 miles south, and Orlando is 90 miles to the southwest...both an easy day trip.

Decent restaurants are plentiful, but a big modern shopping mall requires a 45 minute drive.

Available May-October '11 "off-season" at a highly discounted rate of $800 per month (includes all utilities). Sorry, already rented for "in-season" Nov '11 thru April '12.

Homeowners Association requires a 3 month minimum lease.
