"Beba's Reef House" will capture your imagination the moment you enter the home and rise to the main living level through the reef painted on the walls of the stair well and the photos of fish captured by the owner during numerous dives here in the Keys. This is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with an open living area. The kitchen is sizable, fully equipped and has a pass-thru window to the balcony. Two sets of sliding doors from the living area lead to the screened balcony overlooking the canal and dock area. At ground level you'll love to lounge in the hammock and watch the boats go by. This property is professionally managed by Keys Holiday Rentals.

Rate Details: Rent is $4,500 per month. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. Additional Charges: $225 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee; 12.5% state and local taxes Refundable Security Deposit: $1000 with accidental damage insurance or $2000 without. Utility Caps/Mo: $250 water and $100 electricity.
