The Rental Amount is $1850.00 per month, based on a Two-Tenant Occupancy, for a Minimum Three (3) Full Month(s) or Greater Winter Rental Lease Term Stay.

For a Preferred* Minimum Four (4) Full Month(s) or Greater Winter Rental Lease Term Stay, the Rental Amount is Discounted to $1800.00* per month based on a Two-Tenant Occupancy.
