Home is on a very nice and quiet street in a great location on the south side of town close to golf course and not far from town. Spacious living room that has an open concept to the kitchen and outdoor living. Couch is down filled and very comfortable. Separate dining room off the kitchen overlooks the pool. All but one of the bedrooms, open to the back patio and pool. Master bedroom is on one side of the house and additional two bedrooms on the other side of the house. Master bedroom has sliding door to backyard and pool. King size master bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic mattress and walk in closet. Front and back yard are both beautifully landscaped. Backyard has a fire pit and BBQ connected to underground propane tank. Pool has a heater and can be heated for an additional $20 a day for short term rentals. Plenty of parking in driveway or on the side of the house. TV cable and high speed internet included. All bedrooms have TV with cable and and ceiling fans. Additional photos upon request. For months between January and April we require a 3 month minimum stay.
