Welcome Home to The Lake Stay Getaway, your new home away from home! This cozy, comfortable & relaxing 3 bedroom 2 bath split floorplan home sleeps 6 guests & is located on the South end of Lake Havasu City. Situated in a nice quiet neighborhood with other well kept homes surrounding. Updated granite countertops throughout, updated decor, tile flooring, all appliances available including a stainless steel refrigerator. In addition, there's an indoor laundry room with a washer and dryer. Wifi with a Roku for Netflix or other online tv watching is included! Side Parking is available for RV or boat parking with full hookups. Unfortunately no inside garage parking available, but there's plenty of driveway and side parking. We offer a $200 utility credit (water, sewer, electric, internet) included in the monthly rental amount. Anything over that will be paid by renter. Monthly cleaning by our licensed cleaning company is required and covered in the monthly rent, the cleaning deposit is for the final move out. 1-2 Pets may be considered with non-refundable pet deposit per animal and pet review with photo must be provided beforehand.
