Ground level home has large living room with loads of seating including two leather recliners. 3 Bedrooms: 1 King - 1 Queen - 4 Twin (2 are bunked). Main hall bath with tub and 2 sinks. Second bath has a shower.
Kitchen is cheery and fully equipped (spices too) with large 8 seat square dining table.
Parking for 1-2 cars on driveway. Ample street parking with this corner lot.
We have a 6 seat golf cart you are welcome to use during the daylight hours.
Neighborhood is quaint and friendly and you'll get real used to waving at passersby.
Easy for walks to Landa Park and along the Comal River!
Location is 1/2 mile to downtown New Braunfels, 2 miles to Gruene, 2 miles or less to main churches, grocery stores, restaurants and shopping.
