Additional Boating Information:

All boat facilities are off site at nearby Matagorda Harbor, operated by the Port of Bay City Authority. No boats or trailers can be kept on site more than 72 hours, unless stored out of sight.

Additional Pet Information:

Well behaved dogs or cats are considered on an individual basis. Additional pet fee (non-refundable) of $150 will be required if pre-approval is confirmed. It is understood that
(1) pets are not allowed on furniture in respect for other tenants and the possible health risks associated with pets, and
(2) dogs may not bark extensively and/or be kept outside on decks while owners are away. Violation of this policy will result in owners vacating the premises and forfeiting any remaining rents.
