It is located at the foot of the bridge in Folly Beach which allows you to walk across the short walkable bridge and directly into the heart of the town, The location is 8 miles, 10 minutes from the city of Charleston. There is lots of shopping nearby.
The beach/ocean is 1 mile from your front door.
The unit is on the 3rd floor and you can sit on the enclosed rear porch and watch the dolphins on the river or watch the boats go by. The sunsets are gorgeous from the rear porch. Sunrise occurs on the seating area in front of the unit which overlooks the expansive and peaceful marsh area just across the road.
The unit is extremely well maintained. The refrigerator, hot water heater and washer and dryer are all new.
