The space

The condo is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) with ocean and pool views. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, we can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. WiFi and cable TV available. **As of 10/2024 - All new mattresses, TVs, kitchenware

*Kitchen: Stocked with all the comforts of home. Coffee/espresso bar. Table for 7 under a beautiful skylight.

*Flat screen TVs are in each room all with cable and Roku for streaming services.

*Screened in porch off of the living room.

*Private washer/dryer access

*Ground level parking located directly under the building. Parking passes will be provided - 2 cars per stay.

*2 beach chairs / sand toys / beach cart
